I recently encountered an issue with my Epson ET 1811 printer. The message service required has appeared on the screen. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? How long does it usually take to resolve this issue or should I contact customer service for help? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
