EPSON SC-P20000 Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an EPSON SC-P20000 printer and have been experiencing some issues with it. I have noticed that the prints are coming out smudged and the colors seem off. I have tried troubleshooting it myself by cleaning the print head and adjusting the settings, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with this printer? I would appreciate any advice or tips on how to fix this problem. Thank you in advance for your help!
